Padjadjaran University’s Faculty of Psychology has released data for September 2025 detailing student composition, gender ratios, and financial assistance. The information provides a snapshot of the student body and highlights the faculty’s efforts in supporting students.
Financial Assistance and Student Ratio
The data reveals the number of students receiving financial aid over the past few years. In 2025, out of 675 students, 83 received financial assistance. This marks a decrease from previous years, with 113 students receiving aid in 2024 and 112 in 2023.
Admission and Enrollment Trends
The document also presents data on admissions, showing the number of applicants and accepted students through different entrance pathways: SNBP, SNBT, and SMUP. In 2025, the total number of students who entered through these three channels was 205. For comparison, 174 students enrolled in 2024 and 169 in 2023.
Gender Ratios
The faculty has a notable ratio of female students. In 2025, 172 of the 205 new students were female. This continues a trend from previous years, where female students consistently outnumber their male counterparts. For example, in 2024, 139 out of 174 new students were female, and in 2023, 148 out of 169 were female. This gender balance is also reflected in the graduation data. In 2025, 114 female students graduated compared to 18 male students. In previous years, the ratio was similar, with 133 female graduates and 29 male graduates in 2024, and 139 female graduates and 29 male graduates in 2023. These numbers underscore the strong representation of women in the Faculty of Psychology.
