Cross-Institutional Synergy: LP3U Faculty of Psychology at Padjadjaran University Establishes Strategic Cooperation

Through LP3U (Layanan Psikologi Profesi Psikolog Umum) or General Psychologist Professional Psychology Services, the Faculty of Psychology at Padjadjaran University establishes formal cooperation with six institutions, namely the Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Asosiasi Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi), Motekar, Padjadjaran University Center for Psychology Innovation (Pusat Inovasi Psikologi Unpad), PT Persona Digitasi Psikologi, Masoem University, and the Rumah Teduh Sahabat IIN Bandung Foundation. 

This partnership’s goal is to synergistically develop psychological services and implement general psychology professional education. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the Rector of Padjadjaran University, Prof. Arief S. Kartasasmita, together with representatives from each institution, meanwhile the Cooperation Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Sama) was signed by the Dean of Padjadjaran University Faculty of Psychology, Anissa Lestari Kadiyono, M.Psi., Psikolog.

The main agenda of this cooperation includes discussing the MoU and its purpose, regulating the rights and obligations of each party, the timespan of cooperation, and other technical details such as the payment system, legal aspects, dispute resolution, force majeure, and correspondence mechanisms. In addition, this activity discusses the evaluation and reporting system that will be done periodically.

With this collaboration, it is expected that the services and education at the faculty will continue to develop and be able to improve the quality of human resources, especially students of the Psychology Professional Education Program. The entirety of this activity went smoothly and resulted in a strategic cooperation agreement for the future of psychological education and practice in Indonesia.
