Dr. Anissa Lestari Kadiyono Inaugurated as Interim Replacement Dean of Fapsi Unpad

Rector of Universitas Padjadjaran Prof. Arief S. Kartasasmita inaugurated Dr. Anissa Lestari Kadiyono, M.Psi., Psychologist, as the Interim Replacement Dean of Faculty of Psychology Unpad for the period 2024-2026.
The inauguration of Dr. Anissa as Dean was carried out in conjunction with the inauguration of a number of other university and faculty leaders held in the Executive Lounge Room of Unpad Rectorate Building, Jatinangor, Friday, December 6, 2024.
Quoted from Unpad website, Rector said that this leadership relay is part of realizing Unpad to become a better, superior, useful, and global university. Therefore, Rector hopes that the new leaders in Unpad can perform their duties very well to realize Unpad to be a better university.
“On all occasions I have said repeatedly that the position held is part of our mandate to continue the struggle to realize Unpad as a better university,” said Rector.
Furthermore, Rector advised that the new leaders in Unpad can always maintain commitment and consistency in working while carrying out this new task. It is expected that the newly appointed leaders can agree to keep the mandate as a leader as well as possible.
“I ask that we can be an example to work seriously and commit to Unpad to leave other tasks that are not really needed. I think we have agreed on this commitment together, hopefully we can maintain it, so that the mandate given to us can be maintained as well as possible,” said Rector.
Dr. Anissa has been a lecturer at Fapsi Unpad since 2008. Completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Unpad in 2000, Dr. Anissa continued her Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Indonesia from 2001 to 2003 as well as the Doctor of Psychology program at Unpad from 2007 – 2011.
She has also served as Chairperson of the Unpad Psychology Undergraduate Study Program in 2015-2018, Chairperson of the Psychology Professional Master Program in 2021-2024, and Head of the Psychology Studio for Continuous Learning / Academic Business Unit.*
