Unpad’s Faculty of Psychology (FAPSI) Encourages the Implementation of Integrity Zones to Achieve Good University Governance

The Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University, received a visit from the university’s Bureaucratic Reform team through a meeting held in the Doctoral Meeting Room of the Soemantri Hardjoprakoso Building, Fapsi Unpad, Jatinangor, Friday (9/8/2024).

The meeting with the Unpad Bureaucratic Reform team was attended by the Dean of the Unpad Faculty of Psychology, Prof. Zahrotur Rusyda Hinduan, MOP., PhD., Psychologist, vice deans, managers, heads of study programs, some lecturers, and the Integrity Zone team within the Unpad Faculty of Psychology.

During the meeting, Arief Firmansyah, MT, Secretary of the Unpad Directorate of Governance, Legal, and Communication, explained that implementing integrity zones at the work unit level at Unpad is not simply about fulfilling reporting requirements. It must be truly implemented in every unit activity.

“Work rhythm must be adjusted to the integrity zone standards,” said Arief.

Arief further explained that the integrity zone should be a framework at Unpad to realize Good University Governance (GUG). Implementing the integrity zone is very helpful in achieving the target of Good University Governance.

“When combined with the integrity zone assessment and the hope of achieving WBBK or WBBM status, we automatically consider it a bonus. The most important thing is how to implement the six areas of change according to the integrity zone standards,” said Arief.*
