The process of applying for maternity leave is designed to ensure convenience for employees, especially women, in undergoing maternity leave without experiencing complicated administrative obstacles. Here are the steps for applying for maternity leave at Fapsi Unpad:<\/p><ol><li>Fill out the Leave Application Form: Female employees who wish to apply for maternity leave must fill out the leave application form that has been provided. This form must also obtain the signature of the Head of Department (Kadep) as part of the internal approval.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li>Form Submission by Head of Department: Once the form is signed, the Head of Department then submits the form to the Dean through Vice Dean 2 for further processing.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li>Issuance of Leave Permission Letter: The Dean of the Faculty issues a letter of permission for maternity leave for 3 months, in accordance with applicable regulations. This letter becomes the official basis for employees to go on maternity leave.<\/li><\/ol><p>The implementation of the maternity leave policy at Fapsi Unpad directly supports SDGs goal number 5, which is to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. This policy provides opportunities for women to balance their roles as mothers and professionals, without having to sacrifice their careers.\u00a0<\/p><p>Through this policy, Fapsi Unpad not only demonstrates a commitment to national legal compliance, but also to global values that focus on eliminating gender injustice and creating a work environment that supports the growth of women in all aspects of life.<\/p><p>This initiative is in line with global efforts to fight for women&#8217;s rights in the workplace and support them in facing the unique challenges of their role as mothers.\u00a0<\/p><p>By ensuring women have equal access to maternity leave rights, Fapsi Unpad plays an important role in promoting gender equality in the higher education sector in
