Regarding employee counseling service, this program is provided in the form of telecounseling as psychological assistance provided by counselors to employees (clients). Concurrently, the effective behavior development program of the moral value is a program intended for employees as guidance or code of ethics in presenting positive behavior in the work environment. The third is the coaching & counseling training program which will be carried out in three complementary stages; starting from providing the basics of the theory and concept of coaching & counseling to the stage in which the participants attempt to apply their understanding by practicing the knowledge acquired in actual cases, and followed by the strengthening and enrichment stage for the participants. All participants will share their experiences with clients in this strengthening and enrichment stage. This coaching & counseling training is expected to provide basic skills for employees within the Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia in providing coaching and counseling to assist subordinates/other employees in overcoming problems that interfere with their performance.
